1.1 Teaching Method

            This time i will tell about pedagogic in USJ-R. Teacher in USJ-R used ask and answer method. First, teacher will explain a example and then she ask to student “have you understood?” if no, teacher will explain again untill student understood. After that, teacher will give some excercise same like example and student have to answer in 10 minutes. Especially for math, i think that method really help student to understand. In math also, if students wanna understand they have to practice to answer many quetion .

1.2 Learning materials and innovation

             Teacher in USJ-R often make project that related with their subject. Like my CT . My CT made a project about math . The student made 2 bag, one big bag and one small bag. That project related about their topic. After that mrs recto gave the student quiz which is relate of their project. Quiz also be assessment for teacher, why ? because quiz make teacher know the extent of student understand with the topic. I think that’s good. The project make all student more understand about their topic of math and make student knows that math have relate of their daily life.

1.3 Sources of Learning and technology 

             Teacher in USJ-R often use laptop,microphone and show the video or power point for their learning process. And teacher use mixed language when they are teaching, use english and bisayak language. Im proud with the student, because they are speaking english is wellllllll. Although they are still in grade 7. 

1.4 Authentic Assessment
       
            For math , teacher always do quiz after chapter of their topic is end. Quiz use for authentic assessment.
